This is an invitation to members to contribute to Dolls United
Greetings from Dolls United Interactive Magazine! Dolls United is a
quarterly art and cloth doll making magazine. We are currently working on a new
article featuring doll groups and organizations from around the world, and we
would like to feature the Manitoba Doll Club our magazine!
We hope to help you gain more members in your area, and show others how a
successful doll group is operated. We hope more doll makers will bond
together to form more groups throughout the country!
We will be featuring your group in an upcoming issue of Dolls United. We
will inform you in advance which issue your group will be featured in.
We are also working to build an online directory of doll making groups, and we would
like to include you in this.
We ask that, as a group, you write an article about your club. We want to
know how it was started, who the members are, contests/challenges/classes you
have, when and where you meet, how new members can join, and any other
information you feel will help promote your group.
We also like to have photos of some of the group activities, recent contests, or just group photos of the whole club.
Your article may be as long as you like, though we may edit it for content.
Please send your submissions to groups@dollsunited.com in Microsoft Word (.doc) format. You may embed the images or attach them separately.
In exchange for this free advertising, we do ask that you add a link to
our website, http://www.dollsunited.com, on your website if you have one.
This helps us spread the word about Dolls United, which in turn, spreads the word
about you!
We look forward to finding out more information about your club. There is
no deadline for your submission, but the sooner we receive your submission,
the earlier we can include it in our magazine.
